Originating from Mediterranean regions, chamomile matricaria, a large and very aromatic annual plant, is now widely present in Europe. The flowers, characterised by the pleasant fragrance of their yello capitulum, are harvestest between May and September to then be dried. Its extract, prepared under heat, contains apigenin, a yellow-coloured flavonic pigment, which leaves blond and golden highlights in the hair. It is endowed with softening and calming properties.

It gently brightens the golden glints of blond or light-brown hair silky-soft. It is formulated to reinforce and prolong the effect of Klorane shampoo with camomile extract.
