This beautiful hand made semi-precious stone and solid brass globe made from genuine mother of pearl and natural materials. The globe is supported in a solid cast brass arch and is lacquered in order to seal the stones. Because the stones are natural the details of the various countries around the world will not be exactly as you would expect on a printed globe. This is primarily an ornament only and not a topographical reproduction of the world. These small imperfections are a part of the appeal of the globe. It takes approximately 600 hours to produce a single Globe.
